X-Ray Data Visualisation
Strength, coached by recovery and fuel.
XDV unites your Garmin health data, a serious gym logger and training-load-aware nutrition — then reads them together, so every session, meal and rest day pulls toward the same goal.
One app for the whole picture
Five surfaces. One athlete.
Most athletes stitch together a watch app, a lifting app and a food app that never talk to each other. XDV puts them under one roof — and connects them.
Health
Garmin activities & wellness, fitness trends and Form & Fitness.
Train
A Gravitus-class gym logger with PRs, plates, RPE and supersets.
Nutrition
Periodized targets from measured burn, plus a fast food diary.
Map
Every route on a live map, plus a heatmap of where you train.
Reports & AI
Cross-domain AI summaries and custom PDF / CSV reports.

Health · Garmin
Your body's data, read like an X-ray
Activities and wellness sync from Garmin automatically every night — nothing to reconnect. XDV turns them into trends you can actually act on.
- Automatic sync. Runs, rides, swims, gym sessions and wellness land nightly via a server-side job — the app never has to touch your watch.
- Wellness trends. Resting HR, HRV, sleep, stress, Body Battery, steps, VO₂max and weight over 7 / 30 / 90 days, each with average, low and high.
- Form & Fitness. Fitness, Fatigue and Form in plain English (Fresh · Optimal · Building · High load) — and it counts your lifting, not just cardio.
- Power curve & FTP for riders with a power meter — best efforts from 5 s to an hour, with an FTP estimate. Optional and safely ignored if not for you.
Unified counts your lifting toward fitness & fatigue — most trackers ignore it.
Train · Workouts
A gym logger built to be beaten only by your last set
Everything a serious lifter expects — and a few things they don't. Log fast, see what to beat, and let the app handle the maths.
- Frictionless logging. A custom in-workout keypad, ± steppers, an auto rest-timer, and "last time" targets on every exercise. The screen stays awake.
- PR detection. Live 🏆 badges when you beat a top weight or estimated 1RM, plus a post-workout summary of everything you achieved.
- Lifter's toolkit. Plate calculator, RPE → estimated-1RM, warm-up / drop / failure set types, and supersets with a rest timer that doesn't reset mid-round.
- Routines & history. One-tap templates, a searchable exercise library, full history and per-exercise progress charts — plus an iOS Lock-Screen rest timer.
Nutrition · Fuel
Eat for the training you actually did
Not an MFP clone — a fueling system. Targets come from measured Garmin burn and shift with your training load, so the numbers always fit the day.
- Training-load-aware targets. A separate calorie & macro goal for each day type — auto-selected from that day's real activity. Hard days get more fuel.
- Fast food diary. Macro donut, goal progress and net calories vs real burn. ~1,600 Australian foods built in, plus barcode scan & Open Food Facts.
- Saved meals & fluids. Log a recipe in one tap; track drinks with an electrolytes flag; see a nutrition-vs-training report over 7 / 30 / 90 days.
- Supplements. A full library, a schedule (including "training days only"), a check-off diary and an adherence report.
Map · Where you train
Every route you've ever run, on one map
Your GPS activities, drawn on a live, interactive map — and a personal heatmap that brightens on the roads and trails you hit most.
- Interactive routes. Real OpenStreetMap tiles, pan & zoom, with start / end markers on every activity — no "open in another app" detour.
- Personal heatmap. Every recorded route blended into a heat layer, so your training footprint appears at a glance.
- Overlays by type. Toggle runs, rides and more independently — colour-coded, and new activity types appear automatically.
Reports · AI
A coach that reads all three domains at once
XDV is the only place your strength, recovery and fuel live together — so the AI can connect them, and you can export the proof.
- Quick Report. Pick a range, get an instant AI-written read on your training and recovery — no dashboards to decode.
- Training report. Strength, recovery and nutrition analysed together — "you PR'd on low HRV; here's how to fuel the next block."
- Report Builder. Drop charts and stats for any metric onto pages, arrange them, and save your own report layout.
- Export anything. Every report and metric exports to PDF or CSV — for your coach, your records, or your spreadsheet.
Your fitness is trending up (CTL 54, +8 in 4 weeks) while form sits at a healthy +6 — you're absorbing the load well. Bench and squat e1RM both set records this block.
Recovery is the watch-point: HRV dipped 12% across your two heaviest days. Protein averaged 1.9 g/kg — solid — but carbs ran low on hard days. Add ~60 g carbs pre-session next week and keep an easy day after doubles.
The differentiator
Fuel the training you actually did.
Most apps hand you one static calorie number. XDV reads ~28 days of measured Garmin burn, sorts every day into a training-load tier, and sets a separate target for each — so hard days automatically get more fuel and rest days pull back. It even watches for drift and suggests an update.

And there's more
The details that make it whole
Plan ahead
Schedule future sessions on the calendar with a target effort, then track planned-vs-actual with a weekly bar and green ticks.
Training Diary
Track bikes, components and sensors with per-gear mileage, versioned bike-fit history, and logged recovery sessions.
Custom dashboard
Build your home screen from widgets grouped by module — toggle, reorder and resize. Your layout saves to your account.
Web + iOS, installable
One Flutter codebase across web and iOS. Add it to your home screen and it runs like a native app — light or dark, kg or lb.
Why athletes choose XDV
Built for the structured athlete
Not another silo. XDV wins on the one thing no single-purpose app can do — connect what you burn, what you lift and what you eat.
Measured, periodized fuel
Targets from your real Garmin TDEE, tiered by training load — a self-calibrating engine formula-based apps structurally can't run.
Lifting counts
Form & Fitness folds your gym work into the load model. Cardio-only trackers pretend your heaviest days never happened.
One connected picture
Strength, cardio, recovery and food in a single app — plus AI reports that read across all of them, not one slice.
Private & yours
Row-level security scopes every row to you, optional 2FA, no ads, no subscription, and one-tap PDF / CSV export of your data.
| How they compare | XDV | Typical fitness apps |

your data stays yours
Private by design
Your data, locked to you
XDV is built on the same principles you'd want from anything holding your health data.
Row-level security
Postgres RLS scopes every table to its owner — the public key returns zero rows. Your workouts, meals and health data are visible only to you.
Optional two-factor
Turn on TOTP 2FA with any authenticator app for an extra code at sign-in. Your call, on by choice.
The app never touches Garmin
A server-side job writes your data; the app only ever reads what's yours. Nothing to reconnect, nothing over-shared.
